Surrey BC VN G, Canada Best Brains Learning Center Full time $40,000 - $50,000 per year

The Best Brains Learning Center is seeking candidates who possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from any Canadian university to teach Coding to students aged between 7 and 14.

Responsibilities:

  • Instruct students in classes (in-person) that have up to six students.
  • Be comfortable teaching Scratch, Web Development and Python to children between the ages of 7 and 14.
  • Communicate the progress and feedback of students to parents/administrators.
  • Attend staff meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from any Canadian university.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Web Development & Python.
  • Love for teaching.

Nice to have:

  • Any prior experience teaching children.
  • Any certifications in related courses.
  • Possess strong communication skills, enthusiasm, and patience.
  • Experience in communicating with parents.

Probable Hours:

Mondays: 4:30 pm to 7:40 pm

Tuesdays: 5:30 pm to 7:40 pm
