Maintenance Material Coordinator
Where will you work: - Belle Plaine, Saskatchewan.

About The Role
The Maintenance Material Coordinator is responsible for verifying, validating, and expediting all maintenance materials needed for planned maintenance orders. This position is responsible for validating material availability for maintenance orders. This role will also organize and submit MRO material and ensure it is being assigned to the appropriate bill of materials. This role would be involved in material substitutions and assist in reviews of slow and non-moving inventory.

What will you do?

  • MRO: Receive, process, track site MRO requests to Master Data Governance team. Validate Substituted, superseded, or Obsoleted Requests.
  • MRO: Review slow and non-moving inventory, and excess inventory against asset criticality and site needs.
  • Review asset criticality with the planners to ensure the bill of materials have the correct parts identified
  • Review scheduled work for inventory requirements and validate material availability. Resolve and communicate material availability issues or delays.
  • Site and Mosaic initiatives to support safety, production, specialty projects and maintenance.

What You'll Need

  • Post Secondary, bachelor's degree, Diploma, Applied Certificate
  • 3+ years of Plant Maintenance experience required. Industry Knowledge.
  • SAP/Maximo experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
