Maintenance Superintendent

Are you our next Maintenance Superintendent?

The Maintenance Superintendent is accountable for supervision of the refinery facilities group, site support trades, electrical, instrumentation and controls group. They work closely with the workflow team and drive precision maintenance best practices at site, working closely with the operations led maintenance execution teams (MWs, PFs, BMs) and Capital led contract work force for large project execution. Efficient execution of maintenance budget, coordination of maintenance personnel to effectively deliver on site safety, ESG and operational goals.

What will you do?- Develop and implement work management best practices to ensure we meet or exceed the short
- and long-term site production plan.- Responsible for monitoring, making corrections as needed and reporting out on site maintenance metrics.- Manage resources and staff, contractor groups for both day-to-day and longer-term maintenance functions. Understand the impact of maintenance on production and use that understanding to develop strategies to increase equipment reliability and effectiveness of our assets.- Participate in the recruitment, retention, coaching, training and career development of staff and hourly employees.- Ensure EHS Management System is being supported and followed.

What do you need for this role?- High School/GED required. Bachelor's Degree preferred, major in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering- 10+ years of Related Experience- Plant Maintenance experience- Maximo experience
