Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Equipment Operators to join our team this winter. The ideal candidates will have experience in operating equipment for snow removal. Must be reliable, able to work in cold weather, and be available during storms.

Duties

  • Operate heavy equipment, including loaders and backhoes, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machinery as needed.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks and ensure project timelines are met.
  • Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities.
  • Manually clear snow and apply ice melt to sidewalks, entrances and walkways.

Pay

  • Starting at $29 for operator + bonus.

Job Type: Seasonal

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From $29.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
