Your Opportunity:

The UAH Learning Centre is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Administrative Support V to support both the UAH Learning Centre and the EZ Stroke Program, which are co-located at the Aberhart Centre. Key Responsibilities include: Provide administrative and clerical support to both the Learning Centre and Stroke Program, including scheduling, registration, and project work. Coordinate site-level logistics and communication to support educational programming and clinical operations. Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare materials for presentations, workshops, and educational sessions. Serve as a key point of contact for the Clinical Nurse Specialist, liaising with other departments and programs. Participate in minute-taking, drafting memos and reports, and following up on key issues and projects.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary education (e.g. certificate in office or business administration).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with AHS systems such as e-People (Payroll), RMS, and iProcurement is required. Minimum 2–3 years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated attention to detail. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands. within tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Adobe Captivate and submitting content for publishing with MLL.
