Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving food, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of food safety will be crucial in this role.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their experience.
  • Operate the POS system for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar.
  • Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Adhere to all local health and safety regulations regarding food service and alcohol consumption.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills for accurate cash handling and change calculations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or food industry is preferred, with specific bartending experience being a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests in a busy environment.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing.
