**Job Summary**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender and Server with Bartendo, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality beverage and food service at various events. This role requires a combination of excellent customer service, mixology skills, and the ability to adapt to different event environments and client needs.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Bartender Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and client preferences.
- Ensure that the bar area is clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the event.
- Check identification to verify age requirements for alcohol service.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, reporting any issues to the event manager.

**Server Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout the event.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and special requests are noted.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining a clean and orderly service area.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, following company procedures.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, including arranging tables and chairs, and ensuring a clean environment.
- Address any guest concerns or requests promptly and professionally.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a bartender and/or server in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of drink recipes, bartending techniques, and food service best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and positive attitude.
- Must have a valid Serving It Right certification (or be willing to obtain one).
- Reliable transportation to and from various event locations.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Capable of working in various environments and adapting to changing conditions.
