Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role is crucial in enhancing the overall dining experience and maintaining the high standards of our establishment.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
  • Manage the POS system efficiently, processing orders and payments accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Uphold a friendly and hospitable environment that encourages repeat business.

Skills

  • Proven experience in the restaurant or food industry, preferably in a bartending role.
  • Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to create a positive experience for guests.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling procedures is essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
