Job details
You will be responsible for cultivating new business opportunities by cold calling prospective clients in the United States, seeding interest in our services. The opener will then use their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to provide a breakdown of our cost-free service and persuade the merchant to send in their processing statement for analysis.
Job Description
Cold call small- to medium-sized businesses in the US
Get a hold of the decision maker
Use exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport
Provide a breakdown of company services
Convince merchants to send in a copy of their processing statement for analysis
Ensure that you meet daily and weekly objectives with regards to quality and production
Job Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C tele sales
Complete fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in Spanish is an asset
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to handle sales pressure
Ability to identify and influence the business owner or decision maker
Experience in merchant processing is an asset
Availability to work in-office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:45 PM.
