Summary

We are seeking a passionate Sales Representative to join our team in West-Island. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to promote our home care services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
  • Manage accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify new business opportunities through networking and outreach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the home care or related industry.
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills.
  • Excellent account management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
