Job Description

We are a roofing company seeking a dependable and organized Full-Time Remote Office Assistant / Administrative Secretary to handle daily administrative and customer service tasks. This is a work-from-home position.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
  • Respond to emails and customer inquiries
  • Prepare and send customer quotes
  • Manage invoices and basic administrative records
  • Update and manage the company website
  • Assist with online marketing and customer follow
  • Schedule appointments and maintain customer records

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently from home
  • Strong computer skills and reliable internet connection
  • Experience with invoicing, quoting, or office administration
