- Prepare and present detailed category business reviews and planogram updates for internal teams and retail partners, highlighting innovation pipelines and category performance.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Design, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Store Operations to ensure flawless execution of NPD timelines and seasonal programs.
- Manage inventory performance and implement mitigation plans for potential supply challenges or SKU rationalization.
- Oversee and coach a direct report to ensure project accuracy, alignment to timelines, and adherence to policy standards.
- Maintain financial accountability for rebates, development funds, and category profitability metrics.
Skills and Experience

- Proven negotiation, analytical, and vendor management abilities.
- Highly collaborative, balancing creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver commercial success.
- Strong written and verbal communication; skilled at building presentations and business cases for executive audiences.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Merchandising (or related discipline).
