This position will be based out of ourFraser Head Officelocated inLiberty Villageand offers ahybridwork schedule of2-days a week work-from-home.WHAT YOU'D BE DOING IN THIS ROLEPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual Opex financial performance.Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies.Develop and maintain financial models to meet reporting requirements for business units and the Estee Lauder Parent Company.Conduct YOY and budget/Forecast variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.Support the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.Monitor and track budget performance, identifying and addressing variances.Assist in the preparation of budget presentations for senior management.Develop and maintain rolling forecasts to provide ongoing financial visibility.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and incorporate relevant data into forecasts.Identify trends and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial outcomes.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst within FP&AExperience in a CPG/Retail industry is preferredHighly collaborative and ability to work with cross functional teams in a global environmentRelevant education in Finance & Accounting (CPA, CA, CMA, CGA) or another relevant field OR equivalent work experience is an assetAnalytical thinking ability to tackle a problem by using a logical, systematic, sequential approachWHAT YOU'LL BE GAINING BY JOINING OUR TEAMThere's a lot of good stuff that comes along with being a DECIEM team member.
