  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies for multiple teams and lead team breakout sessions during PI Planning to coordinate dependencies, capacity, and risks.
  • Mentor less experienced Scrum Masters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across multiple teams.
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies between teams, ensuring smooth delivery of large program initiatives and alignment during Scrum of Scrums.
  • Support the Product Owner by:
  • Assisting with managing product roadmaps and team backlogs across multiple teams.
  • Coaching teams on backlog management, vertical slicing of stories, and estimating practices.
  • Build high-performing, self-organizing teams by creating an environment that enhances collaboration, team dynamics, and cohesion across product verticals.
  • Actively resolve cross-team impediments and blockers that could affect program-level progress.
  • Leverage Agile metrics to track the performance of multiple teams and provide visibility into program progress and health.
  • Ensure smooth alignment of multiple teams during PI Planning, using tools and metrics to drive data driven decision-making.
  • Promote the adoption of Agile engineering best practices (TDD, BDD, Pair Programming, CI/CD) across multiple teams to maintain consistency in quality.
  • Utilize AI-enabled Agile and productivity tools (e.g., backlog automation, sentiment analysis, or predictive metrics) to enhance team performance, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Provide hands-on Jira expertise, including workflow customization, dashboard/report creation, and integration with other tools (Confluence, Aha, GitHub), supporting both team and program-level needs.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated success in leading multi-team Agile initiatives, managing complex dependencies, and driving program-level outcomes.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching other Scrum Masters.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration across teams and product lines.
