Position Overview

As a Retail Attendant in our Resort Store, you'll be the face of our brand for guests shopping on-site. You'll ensure the store remains welcoming, organized, and well-stocked while delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with a warm personality, an eye for detail, and a passion for hospitality and retail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with purchases, inquiries, and product recommendations.
  • Handle cash, credit, and room charge transactions accurately.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards — restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the store clean and organized.
  • Stay informed about resort amenities, events, and promotions to guide guest purchases.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate reorders or shortages to the store supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with resort policies, health, and safety regulations.
  • Support seasonal or special event retail setups as required.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Comfortable handling transactions and operating POS systems.
  • Flexible availability — weekends, holidays, and evenings may be required.
