Key Responsibilities- Welcome guests with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and confidence
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Handle payments, deposits, billing inquiries, and related documentation
- Provide local information, recommendations, and assistance to enhance guest satisfaction
- Maintain lobby and front desk presentation standards
- Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and service standards
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable working with computers and hotel management software
- A positive, professional, and service-oriented attitude
