Position Overview

A growing organization is seeking a
Digital Advertising Specialist
with hands-on experience managing and optimizing programmatic media campaigns. This role focuses on execution and performance across display, video, mobile, and native channels, with responsibility for campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and collaboration with internal partners.

This position is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working directly in media platforms with limited oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
  • Monitor pacing, delivery, and performance throughout campaign lifecycles
  • Optimize campaigns to achieve brand and performance goals
  • Analyze results and prepare regular performance reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review campaign status and insights
  • Support bidding strategies and research for new initiatives
  • Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and case studies
  • Participate in platform training and ongoing skill development

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on digital or programmatic advertising experience
  • Experience working in Google Marketing Platform or DV360
  • Familiarity with third-party creative tags, tracking pixels, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience supporting both brand and direct-response campaigns
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel or similar analytical tools
  • Self-directed and accountable working style

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, statistics, or equivalent professional experience
