We work with senior technical leaders who value clarity, execution, and measurable results. We are growing and looking for a Marketing Manager to build and run our B2B demand generation engine.
About the Role
As Marketing Manager, you will own the full marketing lifecycle—from content creation to qualified sales conversations.
Your primary goal is to:
Attract the right audience → educate them → qualify them → convert them into booked sales calls.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys execution, testing, optimization, and using AI tools to work faster and smarter.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Channel Management
- Manage and grow LinkedIn presence (organic and paid)
- Manage YouTube content and YouTube advertising
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form posts, clips, blogs, and emails
- Write and optimize blog content for SEO and lead generation
Demand Generation & Funnels
- Build and optimize:
- Landing pages
- Marketing funnels
- Lead magnets
- Email nurture sequences
- Improve calendar booking and lead qualification flows
- Ensure only qualified prospects book sales calls
Paid & Organic Growth
- Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and YouTube Ads
- Conduct market research on audiences, competitors, and offers
- Track, test, and optimize campaigns using performance metrics
AI & Automation
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, analytics platforms, etc.) to:
- Increase content production speed
- Improve messaging and conversion
- Automate repetitive marketing tasks
- Continuously improve marketing workflows through AI and automation
Qualifications
Required
- Experience in B2B digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, email marketing, and funnels
- Strong written communication and copywriting skills
- Data-driven mindset with understanding of KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI
- Regular use of AI tools in daily work
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Preferred
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, technology, or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Experience turning thought leadership into qualified leads
