Position Summary:

We're looking for a driven and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our events program and support the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, can juggle shifting priorities with ease, and knows how to turn marketing into measurable revenue impact. You will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and post-event follow-up of industry events, trade shows, and webinars—ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with our demand generation goals. This role is also instrumental in driving account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives in close collaboration with Sales and other departments.

Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & ABM Campaigns:

  • Develop and execute lead generation programs to fill our pipeline with hot prospects –through captivating events (3rd party, Bulletproof or Partner Hosted events, webinars, roundtables, etc.)
  • Support and execute integrated ABM strategies targeting high-value accounts in collaboration with sales as it's tied to events strategy.
  • Develop tailored event content and offers aligned with each stage of the buyer journey to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
  • Monitor and analyze performance of events tied to overarching campaigns, optimizing engagement, conversion, and pipeline acceleration.
  • Leverage marketing technology & processes to manage events, segment audiences, and track performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver event experiences to showcase our services and engage our audience.

Events Management:

  • Project manager lead for ensuring the events are delivered on-time and on-budget and clear owners are identified for each required task and project is updated/managed throughout duration of the events.
  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of marketing events (physical and virtual), including planning, event kick off meetings, logistics, swag, marketing materials, promotion, on-site execution, and follow-up.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, executives, event stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure events align with company goals and deliver ROI.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, booth and collateral needs, speaking opportunities, and attendee engagement strategies.
  • Track and report on event performance, including lead capture, follow-up workflows, and contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Coordinate event debriefs to optimize event process and management
  • Responsible for event lead nurture follow-up ensuring handoffs between marketing, BD, Sales for lead handoff, nurturing, and reporting.

Required Education/Credentials/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity or fast-moving tech environments
  • Proven experience planning and executing in-person events (3rd party events, roundtables, etc.) and virtual events (webinars, roundtables, podcasts, etc.)

  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams, recognizing that great ideas and successful events are a collaborative effort.
  • Approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, turning roadblocks into opportunities.
  • Express ideas clearly and concisely, whether you're crafting compelling marketing copy or coordinating logistics for an event.
  • Experience with marketing & communication tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Webinar Platform tools, Salesforce, etc.
