Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service.
  • Selling our line of fitness products
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while addressing customer concerns.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to create positive interactions with customers.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges.
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
  • Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying additional products that meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Help with merchandising the store
  • Help with loading up customer products as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and experience in upselling is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
