TriSon Farms International Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Warehouse Operations Manager to support daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, compliance, and shipping/receiving documentation. This role is essential to maintaining smooth communication between Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics, and ensuring a high standard of operational efficiency.

  • Assure accurate shipping and receiving records within the PICS ERP system
  • Oversee lot tracking, lot allocations, and work-order postings to support produce traceability and compliance between all departments
  • Assure pallet tags, tracking inventory movement, and maintaining the warehouse floor plan is executed accurately
  • Participate in daily Inventory Huddle meetings with Sales & Procurement Team to review inventory levels and aging product plans
  • Assure the updating of sales order status changes are made correctly & proofread order entries prior to shipping to ensure accuracy
  • Assisting with pack schedules and work-order execution to support production flow across multiple departments
  • Maintaining clear communication through Microsoft Teams Channels with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams
  • Help arrange, coordinate, and document daily outbound shipments.
  • Assure accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs) and other shipping documentations
  • Help warehouse staff, and logistics department to ensure on-time shipments and inbounds of carriers
  • Maintain compliance files, audit documentation, and regulatory paperwork
  • Monitoring and documenting temperature setpoints for the warehouse, coolers and trailers
  • Coordinating maintenance and scheduling with Grossi and other service providers for cooler units, forklift units and hand jacks
  • Ensuring commodities are stored at proper temperatures to meet food safety and quality standards

Qualifications:

  • Experience in produce distribution, inventory control, or perishable goods handling preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in cooler and temperature-controlled environments.
  • Familiarity with Bills of Lading and produce shipping documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
