Fraser Cart Indian Store, in collaboration with Elite Overseas Services Ltd., is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role is a unique combination of retail floor supervision for the store and file processing work, ideal for someone who can support day to day operations and handle office-based responsibilities.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Retail Sales and Supervision:

  • Supervise daily store operations and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Assist customers and maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Guide, support, and oversee retail staff, including task management and follow-ups.
  • Monitor inventory levels, product displays, and store cleanliness.
  • Ensure timely ordering of stock and supplies; place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries.
  • Receive, inspect and verify merchandise against invoices and purchase orders; report shortages or discrepancies.
  • Handle sales transactions, cash handling, and prepare basic sales and inventory reports.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Attend and respond to phone calls, take messages, and direct inquires appropriately.
  • Maintain basic office records, files, and documentation in both digital and physical formats.
  • Assist management with general support, including data entry and preparation of simple reports.

Education and Experience:

  • Post Secondary education
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management including knowledge in using Google Suite and MS Office Suite.
  • Handling the confidential documents related to processing of cases.
