Position Overview

As a Customer Service Liaison (Leasing Agent), you will play a key role in ensuring a positive rental experience for our tenants. Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will help drive leasing success through excellent customer service, effective communication, and a proactive team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with prospective and existing tenants in person, virtually, and over the phone.
  • Present and explain building features, amenities, and portfolio benefits clearly and confidently.
  • Schedule and conduct both in-person and virtual unit viewings.
  • Guide applicants through the complete rental process — from inquiry to lease signing and all the way to full lease completion.
  • Assist with general office duties and support the leasing and management teams as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends (hours vary by season).
  • Previous experience in leasing, sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, professional, and motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
