Waterloo Kia is growing and serving more BRAND customers from across the Waterloo Region than ever before. Our Service Advisors are responsible for ensuring our customers receive timely, friendly and efficient service.

Acting as a liaison between the customer and our factory trained technicians, our Service Advisors recommend required service and repairs, handle scheduled maintenance service requests and sell additional services when appropriate.

Service Advisors help ensure customer vehicles are fixed right the first time by understanding and accurately documenting customer concerns on repair orders.

- Process driven, positive individual with the highest level of integrity
- Problem Solving, Organizational and Conflict Resolution Skills
- Passion for delivering a consistently exceptional customer experience
- Valid Drivers License
- High School Graduate
- Current Automotive Dealership or Retail Aftermarket Experience
- High Level Sales Skills and Technical Understanding Waterloo Kia and Auto

**Salary**: $32,980.00-$56,465.17 per year
