The Wyant Group is now accepting applications at our Lakeland Ford Dealership We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Lot Attendant. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of our dealership and supporting the parts and service departments as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Organization: Arrange and organize vehicles on the dealership lot to ensure an efficient and visually appealing layout.
  • Lot Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of the lot to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating vehicles and answering basic inquiries.
  • Vehicle Detailing: Keep vehicles clean and presentable by performing basic detailing tasks, such as washing and vacuuming.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory and report any discrepancies to the management team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations on the dealership lot.

Qualifications:

  • Class 5 License: Must possess a valid and full Class 5 driver's license.
  • Reliable Vehicle: Access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from work.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing dealership lot.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
  • Customer-Focused: A customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform tasks that may involve some lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
