**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vehicle Organization**: Arrange and organize vehicles on the dealership lot to ensure an efficient and visually appealing layout.
- **Lot Maintenance**: Perform routine inspections of the lot to identify and address any maintenance or cleanliness issues promptly.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with locating vehicles and answering basic inquiries.
- **Vehicle Detailing**: Keep vehicles clean and presentable by performing basic detailing tasks, such as washing and vacuuming.
- **Inventory Management**: Assist in maintaining accurate records of vehicle inventory and report any discrepancies to the management team.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless flow of operations on the dealership lot.

**Qualifications**:

- **Class 5 License**: Must possess a valid and full Class 5 driver's license.
- **Reliable Vehicle**: Access to a reliable vehicle for commuting to and from work.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a well-organized and visually appealing dealership lot.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and departments.
- **Customer-Focused**: A customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- **Physical Fitness**: Ability to perform tasks that may involve some lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
