Position Summary

The Store Manager plays a vital role in leading the day-to-day operations of the store. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who ensures excellent guest service, smooth team operations, adherence to company standards, and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, staff management, and customer service.
  • Lead, motivate, and train team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold brand standards.
  • Manage employee schedules, attendance, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor food preparation, product quality, and sanitation practices to ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Handle cash management, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
  • Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitability.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, health and safety protocols, and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with head office for staffing, promotions, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety, health standards, and POS systems.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
