Job DescriptionThis is a regular full-time position and is located in Mississauga, ON.

- Effectively support the overall objectives of the store including providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Assist with sales initiatives and develop strategies to increase retail sales
- Assist Store Manager in developing and motivating team members to help them reach their personal and career growth goals
- Support the Store Manager in managing the assets of the store including participating in regular inventories and keeping the store stocked and tidy
To join our team, you need:
- Previous retail or heavy vehicle parts industry experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, motivating, and developing staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with the team, customers, and vendors.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills to manage store operations efficiently.
