We are seeking a Dental Office Manager / Admin position for a dental practice located in SE Calgary, Alberta. We are seeking someone that is wanting to take this practice to the next level. We value and encourage personal and professional growth, and want our team members to excel in their roles and feel fulfilled by the work they accomplish.

The ideal candidate should have experience in all front-end duties including but not limited to office management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, scheduling patients, coordinating hygiene, billing dental insurance claims, submissions for predeterminations etc.

Qualifications:
  • Must have a positive attitude and a minimum of 5 years experience in management and leadership.

Duties:
  • The Office Manager manages the day-to-day operations of the clinic, maintaining patient care and revenue.
  • This role also includes assisting the Human Resources Manager with interviews, disciplinary protocol, and training, as well as ensuring the administrative and clinical staff remain on-task daily.
  • In addition to management duties, the Office Manager has several administrative duties that include providing month-end progress reports to Clinical Directors, managing clinical accounts receivable, patient correspondence and email correspondence.
