Position: Project Manager

Location: Hybrid & on site at Lauden Bonnyville Location

Salary: $130,000-$150,000

Type: Full Time, Permanent

What You'll Do:

  • Drive Innovation: Apply cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions to optimize mechanical systems and improve project efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems in all projects.
  • Adapt to Emerging Trends: Stay current with industry advancements and implement new practices, tools, and methods to keep the company on the cutting edge.
  • Efficiency Focus: Prioritize cost-effective and sustainable solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • People-Centered Approach: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration throughout every project.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
  • Formal training in plumbing would be considered an asset
  • Formal education in project management would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in Bluebeam
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Familiarity with Revizto, Stratus, and Procore products is considered an asset.
  • Proven experience in mechanical contracting, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the latest construction technologies, tools, and trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
