**Position**: Project Manager

**Location**: Potential for Remote, Hybrid, or Lauden Bonnyville Location

**Salary**:$100,000-$120,000

**Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical systems in all projects.
- **Adapt to Emerging Trends**: Stay current with industry advancements and implement new practices, tools, and methods to keep the company on the cutting edge.
- **Efficiency Focus**: Prioritize cost-effective and sustainable solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- **People-Centered Approach**: Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring excellent communication and collaboration throughout every project.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Formal training in plumbing would be considered an asset
- Formal education in project management would be considered an asset
- Proficiency in Bluebeam
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Familiarity with Revizto, Stratus, and Procore products is considered an asset.
- Proven experience in mechanical contracting, engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of the latest construction technologies, tools, and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and efficiency.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
