The Opportunity

AC Inc. is seeking a franchise-experienced, dynamic, entertaining, and high-energy professional to join our team as a Franchise Support Trainer & Advisor. This role is for someone who has worked with franchisees or field coaches and understands how to turn operational challenges into growth -focused results. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives on camera, loves leading a room, and can capture an audience while delivering impactful, practical training. In this role, your primary focus will be leading our ACcelerator program, an intensive, five-month virtual training experience for field coaches across a variety of franchise brands. You'll deliver curriculum, guide implementation, and keep participants motivated, engaged, and growing.

In addition, you will play a critical role in delivering AC Inc's suite of franchise services and will play a key role in driving franchise growth through coaching and training franchisor teams and franchisees. You will help clients achieve measurable results by guiding them toward proactive, growth-focused systems that enhance franchisee success.

What You'll Do

Train & Coach the Franchise Coaches

• Lead multiple ACcelerator cohorts throughout the year, using our proven Strategic Growth Coaching curriculum and facilitation materials.
• Engage, motivate, and challenge participants in a live virtual environment, bringing energy, humour, and clarity to every session.
• Coach franchise field support professionals and operations teams through group discussions, live demos, and practical role-play scenarios.
• Model real-world franchise coaching conversations that strengthen field relationships and drive unit-level performance.
• Monitor participant progress and provide feedback, support, and accountability.
• Maintain a high-energy, high-impact group dynamic over the course of each cohort.

Strategic Growth Coaching Executive Advising & Training

• Partner directly with franchisor leadership teams to implement AC Inc.'s Strategic Growth Coaching (SGC) framework system-wide.
• Train franchise operations leaders and field coaches to embed growth-focused coaching principles into their leadership and support practices.
• Guide the development of scalable franchise systems that drive consistent, impactful franchisee coaching.
• Support franchise operations and coaching teams in adopting the SGC tools, cadence, and accountability structure.
• Ensure internal franchise coaching teams and support staff are equipped to lead strategic, performance-focused coaching sessions that align with brand goals.

Support Franchisee Success

• Facilitate 1:1 and group coaching sessions, roundtables, and AC Inc's Performance Group Coaching Programs.
• Guide franchisees in creating strategic growth plans, improving financial performance, and strengthening their business ownership mindset.
• Help franchisees establish systems of accountability and track business metrics and KPIs that drive profitability and operational consistency.
• Provide coaching tools and resources that support operational improvements and long term success.
• Lead franchisees to shift from day-to-day operations to strategic business growth, resulting in measurable outcomes.

Inspire and Motivate

• Foster confidence, connection, and capability in every franchise coach and franchisee you train.
• Bring a bold, confident presence to every session, making learning enjoyable, actionable, and unforgettable.
• Keep participants engaged over time, even when they're tired, distracted, or discouraged.
• Represent the AC Inc brand as a trusted partner to franchisors, a cheerleader for field coaches, and a champion for franchisee success.

• Experienced in Franchising (required)
• You've worked within a franchise organization; as a franchisor team member, field coach,or consultant, and understand how franchisor–franchisee relationships work. You're fluent in franchise terminology and familiar with the unique challenges of supporting franchise systems.

Final Note

This is a contractor position, and we are looking for someone who has some initial compensation flexibility and can manage on a sliding compensation scale.
