Position Overview

We're seeking a motivated Franchise Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential franchise buyers, setting qualified appointments for our sales consultants and helping candidates take their first step toward franchise ownership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact inbound and outbound leads promptly via phone, email, and text.
  • Qualify prospects based on interest, budget, and goals.
  • Schedule consultations for our franchise advisors.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently.
  • Achieve daily and weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and booked appointments.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer outreach.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Comfortable making high-volume calls and handling objections.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • CRM experience is an asset.
