About the Role
This role is for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and can operate at two levels simultaneously: executing flawlessly on bulk hiring while continuously raising the bar on how we do it.
You'll manage cohort-based recruitment at scale - filling dozens or hundreds of roles at once while building trust with leaders through data, insights, and consistent delivery. If you can balance speed with strategy, process with people, and pivot without losing momentum, you'll fit right in.
In this role you will:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple high-volume hiring cohorts
- Maintain pipelines with hundreds of active candidates across various stages
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand evolving needs and adjust strategies in real-time
- Track and report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline health
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in our current recruitment workflows
- Design and implement scalable solutions that improve speed while maintaining a top candidate experience
- Test new channels, screening methods, and automation that makes each hiring sprint smoother than the last
- Keep hiring managers, operations teams, and leadership informed on hiring progress
- Pivot quickly when business priorities shift, adjusting targets and timelines accordingly
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs from offer to onboarding
- 3+ years of recruiting experience with demonstrated success in high-volume hiring hires/year)
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing deadlines without sacrificing quality
- Strong project management skills and comfort with ambiguity
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
- A knack for solving complex problems while collaborating with business leaders to achieve common hiring goals
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
- Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
