We obsess about designing products that will change the way global companies, governments and nonprofits protect themselves from external threats and global adversaries.
Position Overview: The Director of Product Management will shape and drive Atreides' product strategy, translating the vision into a clear roadmap and scalable frameworks. Leading a team of Product Managers, this role ensures alignment, structure, and execution across cross-functional teams, industry partners, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Translate the product vision into product strategy, ensuring alignment with Atreides' mission, market position, and customer needs.
Build and maintain a unified product roadmap that connects long-term vision with short-term execution
Design scalable product frameworks and decision-making systems that sustain rapid growth and organizational clarity
Lead, coach, and develop a team of product managers, providing structure, mentorship, and growth opportunities for emerging talent
Engage with defense and industry partners to translate mission needs into product opportunities
Establish metrics for success and promote a culture of transparency, alignment, and continuous improvement
Act as a trusted partner to executive leadership, ensuring that priorities are executed efficiently, and results are delivered with accountability and clarity
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
Experience architecting scalable product frameworks and governance that balances rapid innovation with organizational clarity and long-term sustainability.

Experience managing complex, technical portfolios.
Demonstrated ability to create order and structure in dynamic, fast-moving organizations.
Exceptional ability to align diverse teams and stakeholders toward common goals.
Strong storytelling and communication skills — you make complex information simple and actionable.
A collaborative approach and the ability to operate confidently in fast-paced, multidimensional environments.
Desired Qualifications:
An MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
Experience in defense, military, or related industries.
Experience with big data platforms, analytics, or data-driven product ecosystems is preferred.
