DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Biohazardous Cleaners. This role involves cleaning and disinfecting locations contaminated by biological materials such as blood, bodily fluids, and other potentially infectious substances. You will be responsible for following strict safety protocols and wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detailed cleaning of residential and commercial units
• Following proper procedures and safety protocols
• Cleaning of Biohazardous and Non-Biohazardous jobs
• Biohazardous jobs include: pest management (bed bugs, cockroaches, etc.), crime scene cleaning (trauma, death), narcotics (paraphernalia), bodily fluids, animal waste (pigeon feces, dog/cat/ mice, etc.)
• Non-Biohazardous jobs: move out cleaning (full top to bottom: ovens, windows, bathrooms, walls, fixtures)
• Use of software applications for Job Management and Timesheet recording
• Communication with clients, Project Managers, Scheduling Administrator, etc. (phone etiquette)
• Driving company vehicles to and from sites
• Packing loads by following checklists
• Complete documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Be available for on-call and emergency response, including nights and weekends on a rotating shift

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Keen attention to detail
• Have a Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Clean Drivers Abstract (3 years)
• Clean Criminal Background check
• Minimum of 3 years consistent driving insurance - personal insurance
• Experience with hand tools preferred
• Full time availability Monday to Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm
• Some weekend work and overtime will be required
• Working smart phone
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditions
• Willingness to work in potentially hazardous, emotionally challenging environments
