Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Parts Specifier/ Counter person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing wholesale/ retail parts requests. All while maintaining our current strong relationships with our customers. Your expertise in customer service will be essential in achieving targets and goals set by the dealership. You will receive training from our Parts manager and will work along their side and cover their vacation and time off.
Duties
- Meet greet and help customers and technicians source and order parts
- Collect payments for parts and service if required
- Help keep inventory categorized and organized
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to deliver parts and efficiently get parts to technicians
- Help deliver parts/ pick up and deliver vehicles as required
Skills
- Strong office and administrative skills, with a keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service abilities, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction
- Effective phone etiquette for professional communication with clients
- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records in a timely manner
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus
