We are a proud, locally established, family-owned business that's been serving the waterfront since 1979. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled and dependable Marine Technician to join our service team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping boats running strong and customers confidently on the water through quality diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining marine systems
  • Working on inboard, sterndrive, and outboard engines (gas & diesel)
  • Servicing and maintaining engines including MerCruiser and Volvo Penta
  • Operating boats and marine equipment as required
  • Working both indoors and outdoors — docks, hop and everything in between.
  • Working alongside a top notch marine crew to deliver smooth sailing for our customers

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Mechanical Skills: Marine mechanical experience is a must — we want you to hit the dock running
  • Marine Experience: 3–5 years of marine technician experience preferred.
  • Troubleshooting Pro: Strong diagnostic skills and system maintenance experience.
  • Independent & Team-Focused: Comfortable running solo jobs, and as part of a team.
  • Tools: You've got your own tools and know how to use them
  • Physical Stamina: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet.
  • Multi-Tasker: Can juggle tasks in a busy, fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable & Punctual: You show up, get it done, and do it well
