Help Bring Websites to Life—From Planning to Launch

Are you the kind of person who loves turning plans into action and making sure nothing falls through the cracks? Do you understand how websites are built, how domains work, and how to keep a project on track?

We're looking for a Website Launch Coordinator to join our growing team at Dr. Marketing, a leading marketing agency serving the dental industry. In this role, you'll help bring websites across the finish line by coordinating with designers, developers, content creators, and account managers—ensuring that every project goes live smoothly, on time, and to spec.

What You'll Do

  • Track project timelines, deadlines, and tasks in 
    Asana
  • Support planning and delivery of multiple website builds
  • Follow up with team members to keep projects moving forward
  • Keep internal stakeholders aligned and informed at every stage

Team Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as the go-to point person for project updates
  • Facilitate collaboration across creative, technical, and client-facing teams
  • Take notes during meetings, send follow-ups, and help document next steps

Technical Setup & Admin

  • Help configure 
    DNS records
     and domains (we use Tucows)
  • Set up and manage tools like 
    chatbots, Jotforms,
     and 
    accessibility widgets
  • Coordinate website testing for mobile and browser compatibility
  • Support email account setup and assist with basic troubleshooting

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized project files and asset libraries
  • Track progress reports and raise red flags when needed
  • Contribute to post-launch documentation and handoffs

What You Bring

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, website support, or digital operations
  • Familiarity with 
    domain & DNS configuration
  • Basic understanding of 
    HTML/CSS
     and how websites are structured
  • Proficiency with project tools like 
    Asana
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with 
    DUDA
    , 
    Wix
    , or 
    Squarespace
  • Exposure to web design, SEO basics, and performance testing
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
