Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Service Technician role. The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repair services, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and provide field service to commercial and strata properties. Daily tasks may include attending service calls, conducting preventative maintenance, handling equipment installations such as boilers and air handling units, and ensuring all services meet high standards of safety and quality. Strong customer service interaction and communication are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair and Preventative Maintenance.
  • Skilled in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical or technical issues effectively.
  • Experience in Field Service roles, with the ability to manage onsite tasks efficiently and professionally.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to provide clear communication and build positive client relationships.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses for mechanical systems and plumbing would be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with equipment such as boilers, water tanks, pumps, and ventilation systems preferred.
  • Adaptability to work independently and fulfill tasks remotely while maintaining a high level of accountability.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver quality service.
