Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Restoration Water Technician to join our team. This role is essential in helping customers recover from water damage by performing mitigation, cleanup, and restoration services in both residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to emergency water damage calls

  • Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture monitoring

  • Set up and monitor drying equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.)

  • Remove damaged materials as needed (drywall, flooring, etc.)

  • Maintain detailed job documentation using SERVPRO systems and software

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members

  • Follow SERVPRO's safety guidelines and industry standards (IICRC)


Requirements
  • Previous experience in water damage restoration preferred, but we provide full training

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environmental conditions

  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and customer service skills

  • Willingness to work overtime and be on-call for emergency situations

  • IICRC Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification is an asset (training can be provided)
