Duties:

-Salades and dessert section. Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.

- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations.

- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient and timely meal preparation.

- Assist in inventory management, including receiving and storing food supplies.

- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food service industry.
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and proper food handling procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Note: A culinary degree or certification is preferred but not required.

Exigences:

  • Expérience antérieure en tant que cuisinier à la chaîne ou dans un rôle similaire au sein du secteur de la restauration.

  • Connaissance des techniques de préparation des aliments et des procédures appropriées de manipulation des aliments.

  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement en évolution rapide tout en gardant le souci du détail.

  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches efficacement.

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.

  • Flexibilité pour travailler les soirs, les week-ends et les jours fériés selon les besoins.

Remarque : Un diplôme ou une certification culinaire est préférable mais pas obligatoire.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.90-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
