**Waiter Job Description (Full-time and part-time)**
The waiter/waitress* advises customers, takes orders and serves food and beverages in the dining room and reception areas. More generally, he/she collaborates with other team members to provide customers with an outstanding dining experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform proper set-up of dining room and/or reception rooms prior to the start of service;
- Advise customers and take orders;
- Serve dishes ordered;
- Inquire about customer satisfaction at every opportunity;
- Respond to customer requests;
- Do the billing once the meal is finished;
- Ensure cleanliness of work area, dining room and rooms;
- Perform all other related tasks required for the smooth running of the service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent customer service skills;
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the food service industry;

- Availability to work evenings and weekends;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French.
