located in
Downtown Toronto
, is seeking a
Vendor Management Specialist
to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to a
fast-paced corporate environment
, collaborate with multiple business units, and make a measurable impact on vendor and payment processes.

What You'll Do

  • Manage
    vendor onboarding, validation, and updates
    in
    Microsoft Dynamics
  • Oversee the
    vendor management inbox
    and track requests using
    Excel
    (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables)
  • Monitor and
    expedite approvals
    within the
    Accounts Payable (AP)
    workflow
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely invoice processing and issue resolution
  • Maintain compliance with
    AP controls
    and
    risk management procedures
  • Prepare weekly reporting and support
    continuous process improvement
    initiatives
  • Handle
    procurement and vendor-related AP activities
    , including cheque and EFT processing across provinces
  • Contribute to ad hoc finance and vendor management projects

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years
    of experience in
    Vendor Management
    and
    Accounts Payable
    in a
    large corporate or financial environment
  • Hands-on experience with
    Microsoft Dynamics
    (or similar ERP system)
  • Strong proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel
    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
  • Exceptional
    attention to detail
    ,
    organization
    , and
    follow-through
  • Understanding of
    AP controls
    ,
    compliance
    , and
    risk management
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal skills
    to liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • A self-starter who thrives in a
