We're looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager who can bring that same spirit to our growing brand. Someone who loves strategy as much as storytelling, and who gets excited about turning creative ideas into results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy that grows awareness, bookings, and partnerships.
  • Manage campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels that reflect The Wine Spa's personality: fun, feminine, and unforgettable.
  • Create and oversee promotions, collaborations, and events that bring our brand to life.
  • Build relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and community organizations to drive group bookings and private events.
  • Lead the creation of marketing materials (social content, newsletters, ads, signage) that align with our brand voice and vision.
  • Track results, manage budgets, and continuously look for opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
  • Assist the owner and spa manager in moving their vision forward.

Who You Are

  • A natural storyteller with strong writing, branding, and communication skills.
  • Experienced in marketing, PR, or sales (hospitality, lifestyle, or beauty industry experience is a bonus).
  • Organized, resourceful, and confident managing multiple projects at once.
  • A connector who loves building relationships, spotting opportunities, and collaborating with others.
  • Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and joy-filled environment.

What We Offer

  • Annual salary of $40,000 plus performance-based bonus potential ($5,000–$40,000)

  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM schedule with the some evenings and weekends
