Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and professionally
  • Manage check-in and check-out efficiently
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments using Dentrix or similar software
  • Answer multi-line phones and assist patients with inquiries
  • Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Verify insurance coverage and process patient information
  • Assist with billing and payment processing
  • Work closely with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Keep the front desk organized, calm, and welcoming at all times

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist in a dental office
  • Proficiency with Abeldent
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Friendly, professional, and team-oriented personality
