Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in corporate finance, accounting, and financial services, with a proven track record of effective leadership. This role is critical in ensuring the financial health of our organization through strategic budgeting, cost management, and risk analysis.

Duties

  • Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies that support business development and growth initiatives.
  • Manage corporate finance activities including investment analysis and account reconciliation.
  • Lead the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Conduct risk analysis and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.
  • Supervise bookkeeping and accounting practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare financial reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • Extensive experience in financial services, corporate finance, or related areas.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, risk analysis, and risk management principles.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial modeling tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00-$145,000.00 per year
