Junior IT Support

Our company has an outstanding opportunity for a results-focused, highly driven and Junior IT Support person. You will work with our existing support team, your primary role will be to provide on-site support for our Grande Prairie location. Please note, this position is not remote.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to internal staff via phone, email, and in person
  • Troubleshoots and resolve desktop related issues
  • Set up new user accounts and PC equipment
  • Assist with user training and IT education as needed
  • Escalate issues to senior support team as needed

Role Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer Science or related fields, or relevant work experience in desktop support position.
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac Operating systems
  • Familiarity with Office 365 setup and administration
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
