The Role
EGOLIA Group is seeking a
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead the organization through its next critical phase of growth as a
public-market-oriented enterprise
.
The CEO will provide
group-wide leadership across all EGOLIA verticals
, operating horizontally to ensure alignment, execution discipline, and institutional credibility. This role serves as the
primary interface with the Board of Directors, capital markets participants, regulators, and strategic partners
.
This position requires a
deeply experienced capital-markets executive
with demonstrated success in public listings, institutional capital raising, and exchange uplisting, capable of positioning EGOLIA for:
- OTCQB qualification
- Pre-IPO capital raises
- NASDAQ uplist targeted for
Q4 2026
Core Mandate
The CEO will be accountable for:
- Leading EGOLIA's
capital markets strategy
and public-company trajectory - Establishing EGOLIA as an
institutionally credible, NASDAQ-ready issuer - Building and leveraging deep relationships across Wall Street
, including investment banks, broker-dealers, market makers, institutional investors, and strategic capital partners - Ensuring the organization meets the
governance, reporting, compliance, and performance standards
required for senior exchange listings
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across all EGOLIA vertical entities
- Drive alignment and execution of group-wide priorities and milestones
- Partner with the Board on capital strategy, governance, and risk oversight
- Lead
OTCQB listing preparation and execution - Lead
pre-IPO capital-raising efforts
, including institutional and strategic financings - Oversee investor relations, market positioning, and equity narrative
- Represent EGOLIA with regulators, exchanges, institutional partners, and senior stakeholders
- Ensure readiness for
NASDAQ uplist by Q4 2026
, including governance, audits, liquidity, and market structure - Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive leadership team
- Establish disciplined operating, reporting, and disclosure cadence across the Group
Leadership Scope
The CEO will not manage day-to-day functional execution directly, but will:
- Set strategic direction and performance expectations
- Hold vertical leaders accountable for delivery and results
- Ensure consistency of governance, messaging, capital discipline, and long-term vision across the organization
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Prior CEO, President, or senior executive experience within
capital markets, fintech, financial services, or market infrastructure
organizations - Demonstrated leadership through public company listings
, including
OTC, NASDAQ, NYSE, TSX
, or IPO-stage organizations - Proven experience leading
capital markets transactions
, including public listings, uplisting processes, or major financing events - Track record of raising
institutional, strategic, and pre-IPO capital - Deep familiarity with exchange listing requirements, disclosure standards, and public-company governance
- Experience operating within regulated financial environments
, including interaction with regulators, exchanges, and compliance stakeholders - Established
Wall Street and institutional investor network
, including investment banks, broker-dealers, funds, and market makers - Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through
heightened scrutiny, reputational risk, and market-sensitive events - Strong Board-level presence, with experience engaging Boards on strategy, governance, and risk oversight
- Exceptional executive communication skills with credibility across investors, regulators, and senior stakeholders
Education
- MBA or equivalent graduate degree strongly preferred
, particularly in finance, strategy, or management - Alternatively, an advanced degree in
finance, economics, engineering, law, or related quantitative discipline
, combined with extensive capital markets leadership experience - Undergraduate degree required
