Our client is well known for its customer centric approach and extensive insurance and market knowledge. This Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager will manage a book of business, provide excellent customer service to their VIP and High Net Worth clients.
About The Position:
- Assist clients on any inquiries and discuss their insurance needs
- Answer phone calls from clients when available
- Create and bind new insurance policies
- Identify additional coverages for existing clients
- Complete policy reviews and renewals
Job Requirements:
- Level 1 Alberta license, Level 2 preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Personal Lines Broker
- Experience in High Net Worth and VIP customers in Alberta
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Must be able to work in office full tme (Monday to Friday)
Benefits:
- $65,000 - $75,000 base salary depending on experience plus annual fixed bonus
